Two minutes walk from local fish restaurants and log fired haunted inns. Three minutes walk from the 2 mile sandy beach. On the coastal path – magnificent walks. Midway between Penzance and The Lizard boat trips and fishing trips from Porthleven Harbour. Golf, Tennis, Surfing, Kayaking. Walking and Horse riding.
SUMMER
The elevated terrace enjoys the sun from mid-morning until sunset. Imagine sitting in the sun under a shady umbrella on your own elevated terrace, sipping a glass of wine with nothing more to do than watch the world drift by. Watch the bustle in the harbour as the fishermen set off in their boats and return as the sun sets being chased into port for their catch by hordes of crying seagulls!
WINTER
Get away from the crowds - relax in front of the cosy log fire – while you watch and listen to the dramatic Atlantic winter storms coming in from the southwest - sending waves that roar as loud as a thunderclap as they crash over the harbour sea defences - throwing sea spray against the windows sometimes so hard you fear they are going to shatter!
